Ariën van Lavieren

I am a visual artist based in Amsterdam. After receiving two BA’s in Fine Arts from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, I have been working with the art media: painting, drawing, photography and printmaking (lithography and woodcut).

I have exhibited in Europe, Bolivia and Canada. Art awards include an Erasmus scholarship for three months of study at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Kiel (Germany) and of the Amsterdam Fund for the Arts (AFK).
